Remote Sales Contract

1. Parties

Buyer: Customer who purchases services through the website

2. Subject

This contract relates to the sale of the following services offered by RingSEO AI:

• SEO analysis and reporting services
• Google Search Console integration
• Keyword analysis and recommendations
• AI-powered SEO strategies
• Performance tracking and reporting

3. Order and Payment

3.1 Order Process

The customer selects the desired service package through the website and completes the payment process. Order confirmation is sent to the customer via email.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Payments are made by credit card, debit card or online payment systems
• All payments are accepted in US Dollars (USD)
• Prices include VAT
• Service becomes active after payment is completed

4. Service Delivery

4.1 Delivery Time

Services become active immediately after payment is completed and the service start date is considered as the payment confirmation date. The customer can log into the system with their account information and access all SEO tools and features.

4.2 Service Scope

• All features within the selected package
• 24/7 system access
• Email support service
• Regular data updates
• User guide and documentation

5. Customer Obligations

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Ensure account security
• Use the service for legal purposes
• Fulfill payment obligations on time
• Not violate service terms

6. Seller Obligations

• Provide service within the scope of the contract
• Protect customer data
• Provide technical support
• Maintain service quality
• Comply with privacy policy

7. Cancellation and Refund

7.1 Right of Cancellation

The customer can cancel the contract within 14 days from the date of payment, before the service begins. Since SEO services are delivered digitally and become active immediately after payment, cancellation rights are limited to the pre-service period only.

7.2 Refund Terms

• Cancellation request must be made within 14 days
• Refund request must be notified via email
• Refund process is completed within 14 business days
• Refund is made through the payment method used

7.3 Non-Refundable Cases

• Exceeding the 14-day period from payment date
• Service has already begun or been delivered
• Customer has accessed the SEO dashboard or received reports
• Problems arising from customer error or misuse
• Customer's change of mind after service activation

8. Price and Payment

8.1 Pricing

Service prices are specified on the website. Prices include VAT. Price changes are announced in advance.

8.2 Payment Methods

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
• Debit card
• Online payment systems
• Corporate billing (for Enterprise packages)

9. Liability Limitations

RingSEO AI is not responsible for the following situations:

• Damages arising from customer's incorrect use
• Interruptions in third-party services
• Internet infrastructure problems
• Misuse of customer data
• Changes arising from legal regulations

10. Contract Changes

This contract may be changed due to legal obligations or service improvements. Changes are effective from the date they are published on the website.

11. Applicable Law

This contract is subject to Turkish Law. Disputes are resolved in Istanbul Courts.
